Kathmandu/ Nepal SBI Bank Ltd. (NSBL) conducted a significant Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program at the Nepal Police Headquarters in Naxal, Kathmandu, by providing a raft boat and essential rescue items to support emergency response and public safety initiatives of Nepal Police.
The equipment was officially handed over by NSBL Chairperson Ms. Jayati Bansal to Additional Inspector General of Police Mr. Siddhi Bikram Shah amid a formal ceremony. The event was graced by the presence of Mr. Ram Kumar Tiwari, Managing Director & CEO of NSBL, along with Mr. Ritesh Sinha (Director), Mr. Vikas Anand (Deputy CEO & Chief Operating Officer), Mr. Rajesh Kumar Panda (Chief Financial Officer), Mr. Bishnu Dev Yadav (Chief Risk Officer), Mr. Ritesh Aryal (Chief Business Development Officer), and senior officials of Nepal Police.
Speaking on the occasion, representatives from both NSBL and Nepal Police highlighted the importance of public-private collaboration in enhancing disaster preparedness and community safety. NSBL reiterated its commitment to social responsibility and community welfare, emphasizing that such initiatives are part of the bank’s ongoing efforts to support national institutions and the public at large.
